Born in Medellín, Colombia Gregorio Mesa was exposed to art from an early age with thanks to his father who was a Visual Artist & Design professor.

Upon graduating from Colegio de Artes visuales y Diseño Colegiatura in 2017 Gregorio moved to Spain to study at the Barcelona Academy of Art.

He’s taught at academies around Europe like The Drawing School Dublin (2022-2023) and The Dutch Atelier of Realist Art (2024-2025).

He continues to paint, run workshops and online classes from his home studio in Wicklow, Ireland together with his wife, Molly Judd.
